Welcome to Cutter's Yard. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (chesterfieldbarberslimited.com) and the booking of our professional grooming services. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated Cancellation Policy.

1. General Provisions and Company Information

Cutter's Yard is our business name, belonging to CHESTERFIELD BARBERS LIMITED.

2. Service Bookings and Payment Authorization

All bookings for haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments are subject to availability.

Payment Authorization: To secure an appointment, you are required to provide valid payment card details. By doing so, you explicitly authorize CHESTERFIELD BARBERS LIMITED to verify your card and, where applicable, charge your card for the full service fee or a non-refundable deposit via our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Secure Transactions: We use PCI-compliant third-party encryption to process all payments. We do not store your full financial data on our servers.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Our barbers' time is precious. We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations/Changes: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to show up for your appointment ("No-Show"), you will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients. This will be treated as a No-Show, and the full service fee will remain payable.

4. Pricing and Services

Prices for our services are displayed on our website and in-salon. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for in advance. While we strive for perfection, all grooming services are personal in nature and results may vary.

5. Right to Refuse Service

For the health and safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:

  • Demonstrates inappropriate, aggressive, or intoxicated behavior.
  • Has a contagious skin or scalp condition that may pose a risk to others.
  • Repeatedly fails to adhere to our booking and cancellation policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, CHESTERFIELD BARBERS LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the "Cutter's Yard" brand, logos, and images, is the property of CHESTERFIELD BARBERS LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
